Account Not Registered
When the month of May started, many Ragnarok Online 2 players got an "Account Not Registered" error message. Many of those who got the error message panicked and in their panicked state they immediate posted questions about the error in various forums.

First Create A WarpPortal Account
As a new player, the first thing that you need to do is create a WarpPortal Account and you can do that at https://www.warpportal.com/account/registration.aspx. Just fill-up the form with the requested information and finish it by clicking on the Register button.After creating your WarpPortal account, login and immediately go to the Games List section. Ragnarok Online 2 is listed on top of the page. To create a game account for Ragnarok Online, simply click on the Create Account button (see screenshot below).
The account you create from the Games List for Ragnarok Online 2 is the one you'll use to access and play the game. Which means, if you didn't create a Game Account after creating a WarpPortal account then expect to see the "Account Not Registered" error message every time you try to access Ragnarok Online 2.
You Are Not Allowed To View This Content
Now, if you are getting a "You are not allowed to view this content" error message then there is a high chance that you are blocked from playing Ragnarok Online 2. Yes, it sucks but please remember that WarpPortal will only service players in North America.
