ArcheBlade Open Beta, It's Free-To-Play

If you enjoyed playing SMITE then you might also enjoy playing ArcheBlade. ArcheBlade is a Free-To-Play third-person fighting multiplayer online game. It's action-packed and it's extremely easy to play. Mouse button smashers will definitely get a kick out of this one.

ArcheBlade is currently in Open Beta and, that means, everyone can play it. All you have to do is download and install the game in STEAM or from the game's official website. Installing from STEAM is much easier and the game isn't very large. The entire game will only use less than 1 GB of your hard drive.

Action Oriented Gameplay

ArcheBlade is not a point-and-click game. It's an action-oriented game which uses both keyboard and mouse to move and execute attacks. If you are used to point-and-click games then ArcheBlade is different because it works more like a first-person-shooting game but only in third-person.

There is no auto-targeting in ArcheBlade and, that means, you'll have to target and attack your opponents manually by gauging their distance and your range correctly. Of course, they can also easily dodge or evade and even block your attacks and the same goes for you.

The action in ArcheBlade is very intense and the combo system kinda makes the fights more interesting.

Battle Modes

ArcheBlade has a few game modes or battle modes. For example, you can fight in a 3 versus 3 battle or you can choose 1 versus All or you can fight in a Capture and Hold type of game in a 7 versus 7 game.

Whatever the game or battle mode is, ArcheBlade will deliver a solid and intense action gaming experience to both newbies and experienced players.

ArcheBlade Is Free-To-Play

Playing ArcheBlade won't cost you anything (except maybe your time). It's Free-To-Play and you can easily download and install it from STEAM. Remember, you will need STEAM to download, install and play ArcheBlade. So, if you don't have STEAM installed then you must install it first before ArcheBlade.

ArcheBlade is a very exciting game to play. It's free and it's packed with intense action just waiting for you to set it free. So, if you like action in your games then you should try out ArcheBlade.

Play District 187 On STEAM

District 187 is Netmarble's latest multiplayer online first-person-shooter. It's Free-To-Play and it's now on STEAM. The game is very small. It will only take you a few minutes to download and install on STEAM. You will also need a Netmarble account to play. If you don't have one then you can get one for free at https://member.netmarble.com/join/member_join.asp.

District 187
(District 187)

District 187 plays very much like your everyday first-person-shooter. Two sides are fighting over control of the district and these two sides are the Police or SWAT and the Gangsters. Like most Lobby based first-person-shooting games, you can choose which side to play for in the Lobby.

In District 187, you can customize your guns, loadout and characters by buying new items in the Shop. Guns are customized by buying and equipping Mods. Unfortunately, the default guns don't have any modification slots. You'll have to buy new guns with modification slots if you want to modify them.

As for character customization, you can customize your character by buying items like tops, bottoms, hairstyle, etc. Unfortunately, District 187 won't let you keep any of these items because you can only rent them for 1 day up to 50 days. The longer the duration, the higher the price of an item becomes.

District 187 has several game modes to play in and these are Team Deathmatch, Bomb Mode, Round Match and Scramble Mode. Team Deathmatch is a race to a certain amount of kills. Bomb Mode is about planting and defusing a bomb. Round Match is a race to winning the most number of rounds in the match. The last which is Scramble Mode is basically Capture The Flag.

District 187 is a pretty decent multiplayer online first-person-shooting game but it's not the best. FPS games like Blacklight: Retribution, Bullet Run and Planetside 2 are better. Of course, giving District 187 a try wouldn't hurt at all specially if you enjoy playing first-person-shooting games.

Get Your Free DOTA 2 Close Beta Keys For FREE

DOTA 2 is the sequel to the very popular game that revolutionized the multiplayer online battle arena or MOBA games genre. Defense Of The Ancients 2 or simply DOTA 2 is currently in Close Beta but thousands of players are already playing it. In fact, tournaments are already on there way even before the game is officially launched.

DOTA 2 Sign-Up
(DOTA 2 Sign-Up)

If you want to play DOTA 2 now then you'll need get a Free Close Beta Key and you can get one from various gaming websites. In fact, a couple of weeks ago, Alienware Arena gave away thousands of Free Close Beta Keys. Unfortunately, all of them were already taken as of this writing but don't lose hope because more Free Close Beta Keys will be given away to public soon.

In the meantime, why not checkout the following links:
You can also try searching Google for other sources of Free DOTA 2 Close Beta Keys but be very careful because some of them are scams. For example, someone answered and posted a link in Yahoo Answer but the link is an adf.ly link that redirected to adf.ly's main site. There is also a site where you'll be asked to download a file but to do so you must first complete a survey or an offer.

I've also seen some results that point to a DOTA 2 Key Generator. Be very careful of this because this doesn't work and, if you scan it with an anti-virus, it'll trigger a virus warning.

The safest way, but it may not be the quickest, to get a Free Close Beta Key for DOTA is to visit the official DOTA 2 blog and click on the green SIGN-UP button. This will take you to a page where you'll be asked to complete a survey but you'll need a STEAM account to answer it. If you have STEAM installed and you are logged-in to your account then click here.

DOTA 2 may look and feel like the original DOTA but it's a very different game. You'll find a list of differences here.
