Fail Whale with Runes of Magic Download?

Today, I went to check out what's new with e-Games Philippines and in their website I noticed a banner for [Runes of Magic] saying Open Beta 01.08.10 (January 08, 2010). I then went to visit the website of Runes of Magic Philippines to possibly download a copy of its game client installer. The installer is more than 4GB and there are links to where it can be downloaded. Most of the download links listed are for parts of the whole installer and only one is linked to a full download.

The full download of the client is linked to a download page in MMOSITE.com. There were two buttons. One is for Runes of Magic (SG) Closed Beta Client and another one for Runes of Magic Final Full Client(PH). I clicked on the Full Client (PH) but, before completely downloading it, I noticed that one of the commenter said:

"nka tapos na ko DL, pero nag tataka ako puro german mga tao. kasi nka lagay sa client pag open ko european region/language. bat ganun?? dito ko rin nakuha sa MMOSITE ang torrent. register ako nka lagay philippines din, pero sa laro di ko maintindihan mga cnasabi ng mga tao...."

What he said was, he was able to finish downloading the client but in-game the people were all German and that the client when opened says its for the European region/lagunage. Well, I can't blame him because the link says Runes of Magic Final Full Client (PH) and everyone would assume that the file downloaded off of that link is the game client installer for Runes of Magic Philippines. Good thing I was able to read the comments first because if not then I would have wasted 8 hours of download time for nothing.

Currently, I am downloading the client in parts through FileFront. I'm not sure if it's the same client as the one in MMOSITE.com and I hope that it's not because I don't want to waste a lot of time downloading 4GB of files that I won't be able to use.
