Scarlet Blade Open Beta Is Here

Scarlet Blade Open Beta is here. It's a Sci-Fi/Fantasy MMORPG published by Aeria Games and it features playable female characters only. If you want to play with a male character then you're out of luck because playable male characters are not available in Scarlet Blade. Instead, you'll play with beautiful female characters wearing skimpy outfits and with boobs that bounce like jello. LOL!

Scarlet Blade Open Beta

Scarlet Blade Open Beta is Free-To-Play. All you have to do to play in Scarlet Blade Open Beta is create a Free Aeria Games account, download and install the game. It will take you roughly 2 hours to download Scarlet Blade but if you have a fast internet connection then it will only take you minutes to download the game.

How To Download Scarlet Blade Open Beta

  1. Go to http://scarletblade.aeriagames.com
  2. Login to your Free Aeria Games account
  3. Click on the DOWNLOAD link to start downloading the game

The Game Thus Far

In Scarlet Blade Open Beta, you'll have two factions to choose from. The two factions are the Royal Guards and the Free Knights. These two factions are basically the same because they have the same set of character classes to choose from.

Speaking of character classes, Scarlet Blade has a total of six (6) character classes and they are:

  • Defender
  • Medic
  • Punisher
  • Sentinel
  • Shadow Walker
  • Whipper
Each class has its own fighting abilities and each one is represented by a female character build that is truly an eye candy.

PvP

With two warring factions, Scarlet Blade features intense PvP actions between the Royal Guards and the Free Knights. Both factions will engage in various skirmishes in different battlefields or areas through out the game. If you are not prepared to die then don't take on an enemy character alone.

Controls

In Scarlet Blade Open Beta, you can use both the ASWD Keys and Point-and-Click system to move your character in the game. To target your enemies and to move around your camera, you use your mouse buttons and keys. Of course, there are also Hot Keys for everything you need in the game like Inventory, Character Info, Quest Log, Skills, etc.

Combat

Combat or fighting in Scarlet Blade is done the traditional MMORPG way. You click on an enemy to target it and you click on it again to attack it. To execute special attacks, you need to press the Hot Key that is assigned to it. You can also use your TAB key to target your nearest enemy.

More

Scarlet Blade also has missions or quests that will help you level-up your character faster. You can also ride Bikes and have Pets in Scarlet Blade and, once you reach Level 17, you'll get an awesome fighting or combat Mech. This is an amazing piece of technology that only you can control.

Download And Play

Scarlet Blade Open Beta has just started and that means you have a great opportunity to becoming one of the top players in the game. If you don't feel awkward playing with a female character then why not give Scarlet Blade a try. Who knows, you might just enjoy looking at those beautiful female bodies. LOL!

Rocket Launchers Planetside 2

Rocket Launchers are now available in Planetside 2. This is just one of the latest updates from Sony Online Entertainment's massively multiplayer online first-person-shooting game. You want Rocket Launchers to blast your enemies away then you got them. Also, the addition of Rocket Launchers in Planetside 2 will definitely add new tactics and strategies to the game.

Planetside 2 - Rocket Launchers Released

What Makes Rocket Launchers Different?

Rocket Launchers in Planetside 2 are different from other weapon types in the game because of the fact that each one is different. For example, in one type of Rocket Launcher, you can control the direction or path of the rocket. After shooting the Rocket Launcher, you'll immediately switch to the rocket's camera view and guide it accordingly to your target.

Sounds cool right? Yes, it's definitely cool but the movement of the rocket is very limited. It won't do 180 degree turns and it has a very short range. It's also a one shot reload weapon with at least 5 seconds of reload time. So, spamming rockets is out of the question. LOL!

Another type of Rocket Launcher has the ability to lock-on its target making all shots or rockets fired hit. This one is somewhat better than the other type of Rocket Launcher because it's more accurate and more destructive. Unfortunately, locking on to your target takes a couple of seconds and that can leave you wide open.

Damage Dealt

Rocket Launchers deal decent damage to vehicles. You can take out a Sunderer with full health easily with Rocket Launchers. Take note, Sunderers are very heavily armored. It takes a barrage of shots to take one Sunderer down. With Rocket Launchers, Sunderers are now somewhat more vulnerable but you'll still have to get close enough to shoot one and that is not an easy task.

Are Rocket Launchers OP?

Rocket Launchers are indeed powerful but they also have their drawbacks. For example, Guided Rockets are countered by simply shooting them down while Locked Rockets are countered with Flares and other forms of countermeasures.

Rocket Launchers also have limited range which means, long distances can make them pretty useless. Your Rocket Launchers usefulness relies on how close you can get to your target and, in Planetside 2, getting close enough to fire-off a few shots is very, very difficult. You can end up dead from trying.

Start Blasting Away

Rocket Launchers are really awesome. If used properly then Rocket Launchers can really do a lot of damage. In fact, they can even turn the tide of battles. Of course, having a powerful weapon doesn't always guarantee victory specially if you don't know how to use it.

Anyway, for your thoughts, views, opinions and comments, please don't hesitate to share them below.
