Fish Island SEA Is Closing, Server Shutdown March 5, 2014

G Square announced that Fish Island SEA is closing its servers on March 5, 2014. G Square is the publisher of Fish Island in Southeast Asia.

The funny thing about the announcement is the fact that new exciting updates were announced just less than a month ago. Like a New Map, New Fish Sets, New Quests, New Costumes and a New Level Cap.

Now, Fish Island SEA players will only have a month to enjoy all these updates.

Here is the announcement sent by G Square via e-mail of Fish Island SEA's upcoming closure or server shutdown.

Fish Island SEA to Cease Operations

Since July 2013, together we have experienced all sorts of adventures in Fish Island SEA. Skills were tested and friendships were made, but unfortunately all good things must come to an end.

It is with deep regret to announce that your G Square family and our developer Team Mono has come to a mutual agreement to terminate the services for company game portfolio rebranding purposes.  All services of Fish Island SEA such as game content and online support will be ceased on 5th of March 2014.

We would like to offer our sincerest apologies to all our loyal gamers who have always been with us in this fruitful journey in enjoying the online services for this title.

While the hunting is about to end in Fish Island, there are many other games in need of your strength and skills soon. Once again, thank you very much for being part of our community. Although this marks the end of a great chapter, we hope to continue sharing more adventures with you through our other games to be launch anytime soon.

We understand that most of you would want your thoughts and words to be felt upon hearing this update. Hence, we have dedicated a thread to post your messages in our Facebook Official Fan Page.
